Q. Is it safe to order on-line from your website?
A: Yes. Safeguarding your financial and personal information is one of our most important priorities. That's why we use PayPal, they automatically encrypt all sensitive information sent between your computer and their servers. When registering or logging in to their site, they verify that your Internet browser is running Secure Sockets Layer 3.0 (SSL) or higher. Information is protected by SSL with an encryption key length of 128 bits (the highest level commercially available). To further shield your credit card and bank numbers, they do not directly connect their firewall-protected servers to the Internet. Plus you do not have to be a member of PayPal - use your Visa or Masercard just like normal.
Q: Will I see my BILL-BOARD® before it is printed?
A: Absolutely! We will not print your order until you are 100% satisfied with your proof. After your paid order is submitted, a proof will be emailed to you so you can see how your layout looks (on an actual BILL-BOARD®) and you have every opportunity, if necessary to make changes at that time.
Q: How long will it take to get a proof?
A: Depending on the complexity of your layout and our work load, usually the same business day after payment has been received. Your proof will be sent to you via e-mail.
Q: After my proof is approved, approximately how long will it take to ship my order?
A: Custom orders are usually print within 2-3 days after approval. Shipping is provided by UPS ground.
Q: Do you charge for design work?
A: No, not if you provide us with your own logo and basic layout design ideas. However, extra charges apply for designing a logo and display ad designed from scratch. Please note we always notify you before we do any work that is not included within our free custom design.
Q: What if I want to re-order?
A: Please do, we keep all orders on file. Just provide us your order number or other contact information.
Q: Are these legal?
A: Yes. Our BILL-BOARD® satisfies the guidelines set by the US Government and is not considered counterfeiting. However we can not be responsible for how they are used once in your possession. Please do not litter. Be considerate of others and never attempt to pass them off to anyone as legal tender, not even as a joke.
Q: Do you offer free samples?
A: No, but we do provide plenty of realistic images (and video) on this site for review. Our product is as we describe. You will not be disappointed.
Q: What is the size of the BILL-BOARD®?
A: When open it measures 4 1/4"" by 3 1/8". The custom print area is approximately a half inch less in each dimension due to the copyrighted border. All custom printing is done on the back.
Q. What can I put on to my BILL-BOARD®?
A. You can add anything you like including; logos, photos, etc. in full color. TIP: Having to much text (words) is not always the best idea. These are cards of action, and it is better to have your prospect call you or go on-line for more details. Remember there is limited space for your ad and the more text you have the smaller the words. Bottom-line, less is more.
Q: Do you offer the BILL-BOARD® with out a back boarder?
A: No. The extra copy area gained is off set by ruining the complete illusion effect. We have field tested both with and without borders, and on the average, the ones with borders got picked up faster and more frequently. There is a lot of room in which to place your custom message.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: Understandably, we cannot offer refunds or returns of custom printed items, unless we created the mistake that deviated from the proof your approved, or if you cancel your order prior to receiving a proof. Once a proof is received, we reserve the right to issue a refund minus $25 for any layout and set up costs incurred by us.
Q: Do you pre-fold the BILL-BOARD®?
A: No, we do not. Once we print the stock, it runs through our die-cutting press. Once cut to size they are too small and uniquely shaped for our automatic folding machines. We emboss a fold-line into the BILL-BOARD® when we die cut, so that the BILL-BOARDS are easy to fold accurately each and every time. You will be surprised how many you can fold in just a very short time.
Q: Do you offer rush service?
A: Yes. Depending on work our load and the time-of-day that we receive your order, it is possible to have your order shipped the same day. However there is no guarantee of same day delivery, and we reserve the right to add a surcharge up to $50 plus any additional costs for non-standard shipping and delivery.
Q: Do you offer any quantities less than 500?
A: Not with custom orders. Beyond stock costs, from start to finish the entire process to print any quantity of cards is basically the same. Offering fewer than 500 quantities of custom printed BILL-BOARD® cards is not cost effective. This is especially true since the price increase for the next quantity up, is so nominal.
Q: Can I order two or more (different) custom orders of 500 and get a quantity discount?
A: No. Each custom order is its own order and subject to the price at the quantity you order.
Q: Do you offer other denominations?
A: No. Field testing has shown a one hundred dollar bill to be the most effective and longest kept. We found that prospects seemed to like flashing in their wallet a higher denomination ($100) when they pay for items at the check out. Flashing a $5 bill doesn't have the same effect.
Q: Do I always have to offer a $100 discount because it is the value amount on the card?
A: Absolutely not! You don't even have to offer a monetary discount. The purpose of these cards is to promote your business - to get your specific message in the hands of as many recipients as possible. We have seen other cards on the market that offer different domination - they are way to restrictive and do not have the same "I'm going to keep this" appeal as a $100 dollar bill.
Q: I have seen those million dollar bills - do you print those, too?
A: No. Those are intended for a different use - like a thank you for your business ("Thanks a million," for example). Our BILL-BOARD® is designed for marketing and promoting business that you don't already have. You use our BILL-BOARD® cards to get business! Besides, a million dollar bill looks extremely fake and is not designed to work like drop cards are intended.
Q: What is a drop card or sizzle card?
A: It is a card designed like our BILL-BOARD® to be pick up off the ground because the person that spy's it can't resist picking it up. Inside you want the recipient to find an offer so compelling it "sizzles"! Another advantage to these cards is retention. Money stays in a wallet and other people's business cards usually find a new home.
